(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Andys music sessions have been really helpful. Its taken my thoughts away from drinking and using and i have been learning to play an instrument. I played the guitar at my nans funeral recently, a piece i had learned with Andy. I love guitar practice with Andy and look forward to it every week.

I am so glad that the music sessions are making such a difference to your life and recovery. I was moved to hear that you put your newfound skills into practice at your nan's funeral recently and I'm sure it was a really fitting tribute to someone so close to you.

I'm so glad that you are benefiting from Andy's guitar lessons. I'm sure that your Nan would have been very proud of you playing at her funeral. Learning a skill like the guitar is a gift and will always be your friend to support you through your recovery journey. Well done
