I'm having major difficulties following a COVID infection. One area of difficulty was my breathing.  It was atrocious. I was invited to attend a one to one. 

Post COVID Respiratory Service Clinic in Banbridge Health Centre. The nurse running the session was excellent. She explained what had happened to my breathing due to COVID and started educating me on breathing techniques and gave me practice exercises.

The results were brilliant.  My breathing may not be quite 100% back to normal but it is massively improved and life is much easier. 

Just need to sort out the other post COVID issues now.

Our Specialist Respiratory Physiotherapist Emma currently runs the weekly post covid clinics in Banbridge Health and Care centre and I know she will be delighted to receive such positive feedback. Sincerely I am delighted to hear how much this service has helped your breathlessness symptoms and hope that you in time will gain similar relief from your other symptoms.

We do hope these services are commissioned long term so they can be delivered on an ongoing basis for other patients similarly affected.
