"Mum felt reassured and well looked after"

About: South West Acute Hospital / Radiology

(as a carer),

I attended the Radiology Department in SWAH(Western Health and Social Care Trust), Enniskillen, with my elderly mum. Everyone was very courteous from the reception staff, HCA (George) and Radiographer (Nicola). Mum felt reassured and well looked after. All the staff introduced themselves and spoke clearly involving mum at all stages. They were extremely kind and professional. Thank you.
