"They went out of their way to be so kind and thoughtful to me"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Neurosurgery (Ward 64 – 66)

(as the patient),

I was late for appointment because of bumper to bumper traffic. I thought I would have had to make another appointment but everyone I spoke to was so helpful and I was taken.   I cannot thank enough all the staff I saw in the Neurology Dept.   They went out of their way to be so kind and thoughtful to me.  Both on the phone and at the hospital they couldn't have been nicer.   Thanks again.   I would like them all to know how grateful I am.
