"I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect"

About: Derriford Hospital / Breast surgery

(as the patient),

I had a recent mammogram and received a letter informing me I had to go for further tests.  Needless to say, I was extremely worried. 

I attended my appointment at the Primrose Unit at Derriford, and at each point of contact from the receptionist to the breast care nurse, mammographer and doctor who performed the ultrasound, I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. 

Everything was explained clearly about was was going to  happen during the course of my appointment and my questions were answered.
