"Absolutely pathetic embarassing disgrace"

About: Rotherham Hospital

After ringing 111 and them booking me in at 10.15om at rotherham a and e for my 4 year old son. I arrived and was seen by the nurse within 30 minutes. After which i waited 8.5 hours and was still not seen by a doctor. I was fed lies all night soo.i left hospital. Avoid this disgrace of a hospital.

Hello, my name is Samantha, Head of Patient Experience and Engagement at the Hospital. I was truly sorry to read of your recent experience in UECC with your son. It is always our intention to provide the best service possible and as such disappointing when our services fall below the expectations of our patients and their families.
