"Super excited to see an option for a cancer patient"

About: Southern Health & Social Care Trust / Urgent Care Centre (Phone First)

(as the patient),

Oncology patient. Bloods booked for suspected infection. Patient isolation taken seriously. Urgently transferred to a safe room in ED. Joanne and Dr Pickles were fantastic and could not do enough for me. Super excited to see an option for a cancer patient to go to rather than wait in ED.

Dear Pictorz88

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback on care opinion. We are delighted that your experience has been so positive. I am pleased to hear that patient isolation was taken seriously and that you received the urgent care you needed.

Feedback like this is greatly appreciated and I will make sure that Joanne, Dr Pickles and the rest of the team are made aware of your lovely feedback.

Best Wishes,

Rebecca
