(as the patient),

Kirsty from Accident and Emergency in Fife went above and beyond and no matter what the task was it was never an issue.

She is a great advocate for her patients and treats them like a human being where they are kept in the loop with the plan going forward.

She is a genuinely nice and caring person who is knowledgeable and an asset to the NHS.
