I was called for routine industry service (nail clipping etc) and when Shane viewed the effect cellulitis had on my big toe, he dealt with a situation beyond his expertise very efficiently. He photographed, tested pulse and referred my situation to higher experienced staff so that I received the care required in such a situation. I am grateful to Shane and Catherine. Thank you.
