"Put my dad at ease in a very difficult situation"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Accident & Emergency

(as a relative),

Thank you so much to the A&E staff at QEUH that were on nightshift. Sorry don’t have staff names. My dad was admitted and suffered a massive heart attack.

Thanks to the staff's quick treatment he was then treated at the Jubilee and doing well.  On behalf of him, me and our family we are so appreciative of the staff that helped him and want to say a massive thank you.

Staff were all helpful, friendly, well informed and put my dad at ease in a very difficult situation.

Dear KL5B,

thank you for taking the time to submit a care opinion, I hope you dad is continuing to do well after his heart attack, that must have been such a frightening time for him and your family. I am delighted that the staff put your dad at ease, and you found them helpful and friendly, I will pass on your lovely comments to the medical and nursing staff, they will be so appreciative to receive such positive feedback.

with kind regards,

Karen
