"Doctors and nurses worked so hard"

About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Orthopaedics (Ward 3C)

(as a parent/guardian),

My son broke 2 bones in his arm falling from a slide. The Queen Elizabeth Childrens hospital did the most amazing job start to finish. From caring for my son immediately, to supporting us the parents. He was in surgery in a matter of hours the doctors and nurses worked so hard and performed a miracle. His arm was like nothing I have ever see before (I can't attach a photo but it was the worst break I have ever seen). A long road to recovery now but I'd like to thank all the amazing staff who helped us ❤️

Dear columbaxj85

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback.

I am sorry to hear your son sustained an injury that required care from ourselves and I hope he is now recovering well at home.

I am delighted that you felt your son was well cared for and that you felt supported during a very difficult time.

It means so much to our teams to know the children and families are having a positive experience while in our care and I will ensure this fantastic feedback is shared with them.

Many thanks
