I’ve left 7 voicemails and heard nothing back. I’ve had to go to Redditch now when Kidderminster was my local one.

God forbid I have to use this service again.

Dear Service User,

I am sorry to hear how frustrated you were in getting in touch with your local WiSH clinic at Kidderminster and appreciate that the expectation for a call back from your messages was not met further added to this.

On reviewing the clinic answer phone message it does say that messages will not be responded to outside of the clinic opening times and states the days and times that this is applicable to. Monday 9am-2pm, Wednesday 9am-2pm and Thursday 9am-7pm. The idea of this is to allow the dual trained staff manning Reception to also step away for Healthcare duties as needed whilst the clinic is open and still be able to respond to calls and queries.

Unfortunately the clinic is unable to pick up and respond to messages left outside of these times as there is not the staffing capacity to enable this.

I am pleased that you were able to get in touch with another WiSH clinic to be seen albeit not your first and most local option.
