I wanted to share the care I received from Katrina. She is called me as she was checking on very old people. When I told her that I have a bad shoulder and can hardly lift my right arm, she said that she is a physiotherapist, and she would visit me to give me some support.
She was so good and visited me several times. I just wanted to say how she was and how comfortable she made me feel. What a lovely manner she has! She even sent me little pictures via the post. Thank you very much for all your help, Katrina! I am very grateful for everything you did for me.
