"Don't bother"

About: Lupset Health Centre

For 18 months I have been trying to get a Doctor to help me with a problem I still can't get a diagnosis for. I've been told the wrong information multiple times on the phone, delaying my getting appointments and potential treatment. Never get the same doctor so constantly having to re-educate them on my history, which means they don't take it in and actually help you. I feel absolutely lost right now, and terrified for my health, but do they care? Not a jot.

Dear Patient

Thank you for your feedback concerning the issues that you have been facing on accessing the clinical care you require.

In response to the issue concerning not being able to see the same GP which can be very frustrating when you are having to descibe your medical history on numerous occasions. We do strive to give patient follow up care with the same clinician when they have an ongoing medical problem, this can be quite challenging at time, for example, if the clinician is not available on the day you have requested an appointment or the GP may have left the practice as we have GP's that are only at the practice for 6-12 months.

It would be appreciated if you could contact me to discuss what information you have been given incorrectly so that I can feedback this to the practice team and clarify any information you have requested.

I apologies that you are feeling lost and terrified concerning your health at this present time, we are here to help you and we want to help you. I would appreciate it if you could contact me to discuss the issues that you have raised and I can look at how we can help you get the care and attention that all patient deserve.
