As part of my recovery from multiple vertebral fractures and osteoporosis I have been attending the hydrotherapy pool at the Western General Hospital in Edinburgh. This is a great facility for individuals requiring rehab to improve their mobility and strength.

 The reason for sharing my story is to say how wonderful the physiotherapy team are at the hydrotherapy pool – of particular mention are Mary and Sarah.  They stand out for their kindness, encouragement, care and sparkling positivity.

After months of being housebound, my hydrotherapy visits are the highlight of my week and I so look forward to them. Thank you to this incredible team for delivering an excellent, valuable service to me and making it so enjoyable.
