Where do I begin? So many mistakes that I have experienced and that mirror those of my friends and family who are unfortunate enough to attend Beacon.
I attend hospital appointments and my consultants write to my GP with instructions and information about my treatment. The correspondence is just ignored! I am exhausted by having to call the GP only to find out that they have no record of test results, medication instructions, follow up blood tests and referral requests.
My partner has identical experiences. How can this be allowed to happen? Who is in charge of putting the information on my letter onto my file? They are incompetent.
Avoid this this practice.
