"Consistently patient, informative and encouraging"

About: Ayrshire Central Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I have been supported in using a pessary for my pelvic floor prolapse. It's taken a bit of trying different sizes.

The nurse, Linda, and other members I've spoken to on the help line, have been consistently patient (listening to my experience), informative, encouraging and willing to see me again if I need them, happy for me to be independent if I didn't.

Having a pessary allows me to carry on an  active life, can't thank you enough.
