"Staff ignoring patients and loudly complaining"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Xrays and Scans

(as the patient),

I went for a walk in X-Ray as my GP advised me to go and I was waiting at reception with three staff members loudly and seemingly complaining about others in their team.

Two of them noticed me but didn’t tell the main staff to come to me till a couple minutes past. Even when I got seated they were still very loud the whole time.

Dear conditionerpc59,

I am sorry to hear about your experience when attending one of our x-ray facilities. If you would be kind enough to contact me on 0141 452 3646 to give further information. I can then ensure we address this appropriately.

Kind Regards,

Gary Grayson, Sector Superintendent Radiographer
