I would like to say a huge Thank You to the all of the staff in the Day Procedure (Endoscopy Unit) Daisy Hill Hospital who treated me with the highest respect and courtesy during my time there this afternoon.
They allayed my anxieties by talking me through the steps of the process, addressing me by name and taking time to discuss the outcomes afterwards.
The two Endoscopy Nurses put me at ease checking regularly that I was ok.
Such a lovely team of staff!
