Hello Stanislawa,

My name is Arlene and I am the District Nurse

Thank you for taking the time to leave your story with us. I was saddened to read how much pain you had been in but delighted to know you received good care from the team which I have shared your experience with. They were as delighted as I was to learn of your experience. As you pointed out in what was good for you, we aim to provide inclusive care with a friendly and professional approach.

Kind Regards

Arlene
