I initially rang to get an emergency dental appointment at Glasgow Emergency Dental Hospital, in the hopes of getting my wisdom tooth extracted. I was seen to by Paddy and Chloe and the care and compassion I received was excellent. Both dental staff were professional, empathetic to my pain and very helpful in giving me information.

Although nothing could be done in that moment for my tooth, Paddy and Chloe gave me all the right information to go further to hopefully resolve my pain and my issue. Paddy explained to me in a way that was easy for me to understand how and why the procedure wasn't able to be done on me, and reassured me of the best route to take.

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave such wonderful feedback in relation to your recent visit to the Public Dental Service - Emergency Dental Service and I know that Paddy and Chloe will be thrilled to hear that they made this a positive experience for you.

I understand how challenging it can be when experiencing issues with wisdom teeth and unfortunately as you have described, extraction is not always initially achievable therefore was so please to hear how the team supported you on this visit.

I hope that everything goes well in the future in relation to your wisdom tooth and will be sure to pass on your feedback to Paddy and Chloe.
