"Found it very uncomfortable"

About: Inpatient wards / Lotus assessment suite

(as a service user),

Spent some time on lotus and found it very uncomfortable. I couldn't understand the people there. Their accents much to strong. When I received my discharge form I found it it was very untruthful and am gobsmacked as to how they could say what they did. More peoe who can speak proper English should most definaty be on staff.
