"I only have praise for them"

I go here after having cancer of the blood a couple of years ago. They looked after me at this clinic and I hear all these complaints about the NHS and it doesn’t apply here, they are always first class and I never a problem. Everything is always on time.

This department is on the ball. Communication is good and so is the timing-I go for the appointment on a Monday and they contact me on a Wednesday with the report. They are always on time.

I have only got praise for them at the moment.
