(as a service user),

I recently had an appointment, I was able to have a shower, get clean clothes and a hot drink. From old experience I had lots of help and support, they got me into a dry house, got me stable on my meds, then got funding for me to go to rehab.

Was clean and clean and off meds for a couple of months but the mistake I made because I didn't listen was going  back to same place and around same people and ended up relapsing, was my mistake.

They are great for support and help.

It was great to read that you have had a positive experience of accessing our support. I'm really glad that you have been able to benefit from all of the different types of help that is on offer, and it sounds like our team have supported you very well. I have shared your feedback with the team of workers and our managers, and they were very grateful for your kind words.

I was sorry to hear that you have had a recent set back in your recovery. Lapses are very much a common part of addiction and recovery and it’s so important that people don't get down on themselves when they happen. It sounds like you have been able to recognise what happened and why and I hope you can still feel proud of the time you spent free of all substances as this was a massive achievement.

I’m sure if you stay determined, positive and engaged in our support for as long as you need it, that you will get back to where you want to be in life as soon as possible, having learnt a lot more and feeling even stronger.
