I was delighted to be able to avail of a cancellation for a scan, so I’m extremely grateful to the staff for organising this for me. 

Everything ran on time, and beforehand Lynne explained the procedure clearly which was very reassuring. 

The waiting area in the MRI section is really pleasant; there’s a countryside scenescape with a shade of restful sage green in it.  It’s so much nicer to look at than the usual stark white walls. 

Thank you to all the staff who assisted me providing me with a stress-free experience.
