firstly the whole surgical team under mr gummerson, including the anaesthetist physio, registrar were outstanding, fully explained the procedure, caring and patient. the nursing team in l24 were exemplary including the nurses, catering and cleaning. a special thanks to jas and the night team.
in terms of the team they were amazing however they are clearly under enormous and unreasonable pressure in my humble opinion from lack of joined up processes, very poor it that is not allowing data to flow efficiently and causing unnecessary duplication and time wasting. thanks to you all you were amazing.
