About: The Broadway Surgery

The GP I spoke to was fantastic. Personable and knowledgeable.

However my pervious experience with the surgery's administration and appointment system has been awful.

Wrong referrals, test results not communicated, commonallly on hold for 45 minutes (only yesterday) prescriptions not being sent, being blamed for the surgery's errors.

I booked an appointment to see the nurse yesterday and there is a 2.5 week wait. I have previously had huge difficulty in obtaining an appointment for a 5 year old instead deciding to go to A an E for a non urgent issue.
