(as the patient),

My leg was very painful and the eczema was weeping quite badly. The nurse cleaned up the wound professionally and with care. She explained what she was doing and what the problems were and what to do. After a few days treatment the leg was well on the mend. She allayed my fears and made me feel comfortable.
