Today, 25/4/24 I arrived for my appointment only to be told I had cancelled it when I knew I hadn't.

Instead of fitting me in it was suggested I fill in another klinik form to arrange another appointment. I had already been waiting 3-4 weeks for this appointment and I still have my medical problem.

My husband who is also my carer suggested that the original form be re-submitted which she did. I have eventually been given another appointment for next week. I am a 76 year old

disabled lady who is very disappointed with the Adams practice as it used to be a good service.

Recent issues include being held on the line waiting to speak to someone. Being told you are number 1 in the queue and still being number 1 in the queue an hour later, at which point I hung up.
