About: West Glasgow Ambulatory Care Hospital (Yorkhill) / Dermatology

(as the patient),

I received excellent care & attention at my dermatology outpatients clinic appointment. 

ANP Christina acknowledged my past medical history. Listened to me, making me feel heard & cared for. She explained things clearly and appropriately.

I felt more knowledgeable about my condition when I left, with a clear treatment and appointment plan.

The reception staff are friendly, approachable and kind. What an excellent, professional service.
