Very poor service nurse, doctor, reception.
Really disappointed…. This is the worse surgery. The reception staff are soo rude and have not got any customer service skill of how to speak to there patients.
Always we (me&my wife) any appointment need to wait 40-50 mins over my appointment time….. that’s not fair

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for the bad experience you have had with the surgery. We are constantly trying to improve access to appointments for patients. We also offer access to appointments online in advance. You can also do Online consultation https://albionhealth.webgp.com/ between 9am to 11am Monday to Friday. You can email us on nelondonicb.albion-health@nhs.net if you would like to discuss this further with our Practice Manager.
