I don't know why this emergency department is even open!! Excuse me but wait with 1 year old 12 hours to see the doctor... Wooow NHS well done to you! Nurses chatting for stupid thing with each other! Not even come to check my Son... I needed to go 3 times to ask them to check temperature of my son!!

Only I can say thank you to the doctor with his professional work, he was lovely and very kind!

Dear Karin, we're very sorry to read that you had such a poor experience with our paediatric emergency department. We note that there was a 12 hour wait to see a doctor and that your son was not checked on. We would advise that you contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) to look into this further for you, if you haven't already. PALS can be contacted by email at bcfpals@nhs.net or telephone on 0208 216 4924. We do separately note that you were grateful to the doctor you saw, who was kind and professional and will also pass this along.
