"Superb GP Practice"

Cripps Health Centre is superb and we are enormously grateful to be registered with such an efficient, caring practice. Everyone you see is committed to offering care and support of the highest standard, and it really shows. Having just had surgery, I called on Monday because my thyroid function was poor and a wound had opened slightly. The recptionist I spoke to was fantastic, so warm, thoughtful and kind. She arranged same-day appointments for me, and and even tried to make them consecutive. From managing my very complex chronic health conditions, to arranging same-day, in-person triage when my child has been poorly, the practice excels time and time again. The reception team do their utmost to get you to the right person, promptly. The nurses and phlebotomists are kind and lovely, and very experienced and knowledgeable, and the GP we see is absolutely fantastic, everything you would want from a family doctor. Cripps is a model practice, and, in an ideal world, everyone would have access to care that is this good.
