What I liked

i was in freemans hospital both last year and this year. I found the nursing staff very nice BUT when a patient buzzed there were at least 3 of them stood just outside the room talking i had to get up and help the lady(ok it wasnt anything too serious) and once i had helped her the staff decided to answer the buzzer.

What could be improved

In the time that i was on the ward this year i did not see anyone cleaning the floor in the room i was in. Yes the beds were changed as ppl left but not the floors and the food was ok but they didnt ask what u wanted to eat on one of the days i wasnt given any lunch until i asked for it.
