About: Oakengates Medical Practice

Tried to book a longer than normal appointment after speaking to a lovely lady pharmacist from Malinslee. For numerous problems. Only to be told there was not any. And ring back a 8am. This service is just totally unacceptable. What is going wrong with Teldoc. I can most probably guarantee that after sitting in a que with 30 other people that there wilbe no appointments tomorrow either. This is just an on going issue. And why Teldoc has not been sorted out is beyond me. You are expanding Telford more people more houses but no more doctors and facilities.

Demand on our service has increased exponentially and is indeed a national issue made worse by delays in wider NHS system. Teldoc are doing our very best to manage within the resources we have.
