"My husband's treatment"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / General Medicine (Wards 8, 10, 11, 14, 15, 18 & 27)

(as a relative),

Treatment received from day one has been excellent, nothing too much trouble for staff, very attentive,  and all information regarding medical condition readily available. Can't fault nursing staff and doctors, excellent care.

All anyone wants when their loved ones are in hospital is for them to be looked after well and for staff to show them kindness and respect alongside nursing care, and that was our experience in ward 27.

Providing attentive and compassionate care to our patients and their loved ones is our top priority, and we're glad to know that we met your expectations.

Your words about the nursing staff and doctors mean a lot to us, and we'll be sure to pass on your appreciation to the entire team. It's our goal to treat every patient with kindness, respect, and the highest standard of nursing care, and we're grateful for the opportunity to have been there for you and your loved ones during his time on Ward 27.
