About: Crieff Community Hospital / Community In-Patient Wards

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Dear Ward 2 Nursing Team,

Thank you all for the care, kindness, gentleness and compassion which was shown to our father in his final weeks, so that he left this world with as much dignity and as little pain as possible.

Sorry, this is a little hard to write, but in the sadness it is a comfort to know that he was so well cared for at the end.

I am so pleased to hear that you felt the care received within Ward 2 at Crieff Community Hospital was delivered with gentleness and compassion and the feedback you have provided will allow us to reflect upon our care delivery ensuring we continue delivering a high standard of care to all our patients and their families / carers.
