"Trapped nerve in my neck but pain ran the length of my arm"

About: Physiotherapy - South Ayrshire

(as the patient),

I visited physio convinced I had tennis elbow. Physio asked a few questions and did several short tests.

I clearly saw the difference between both my arms,

Physio explained matters clearly and  even after some initial neck exercises, the strength started to return to my arm and wrist.

Fantastic experience and very relieved.

Bad posture sitting in front of a computer screen the likely root cause.

It is reassuring to know that our physiotherapist was able to listen to you, assess your symptoms and provide some advice and exercises to help you regain the strength in your arm and wrist. This is a lovely example of the person centred care that we strive to deliver.
