Just completed six week exercise class at the Saltire Centre Arbroath.
It was so good to be able to undertake the keep fit classes rather than laze about at home, also got to learn so much about my COPD through talks during the course.
I'll be going to the Golden Jubilee for lung reduction operation hopefully a bit fitter and able to recover better after doing the classes.
Great service and thanks to all involved really enjoyed it.
