Today I had to attend the minor injuries department and was prepared for a long wait but was seen within 15 minutes of arrival. The receptionist was very friendly and the doctor I seen was extremely helpful. It's unnerving seeing a doctor that you don't know about a personal problem but I was made to feel comfortable and at ease - so much so that I felt able to ask the doctor about symptoms I may not otherwise have mentioned, which led to a more thorough diagnosis. Very impressed and grateful.
