"Amazing work done by the staff"

I am writing to express my gratitude for the amazing work done in ward 24 Altnagelvin Hospital. My mother was very ill and after a long stint in A&E was admitted to ward 24.

The doctor on the ward Dr Rodgers was excellent very patient centred, taking time to talk and listen to my mother. My mother had saw Dr Rodgers a few years before and he was a very caring outstanding doctor in terms of treating her illnesses. My mother would have a learning disability but still remembered Dr Rodgers' kindness and the care afforded to her. 

We would also like to acknowledge the amazing work done by the nursing staff Alannah, Jasmine, Brogan and the physiotherapist Stephen. They all provided excellent care to our mother and helped not only with her physical illness but helped boost her morale. We cannot thank you enough and hope you realise the difference you can make to someone's recovery.

Absolutely Amazing People!
