Shocking service I called Friday needing to see a Dr and was told it was inappropriate for them to see me and not to call 111 as they would just send me back to you so to not bother I am sickened with how hmg treat people

Thank you for your feedback, which we note has been left across several sites.

Although we try to see every patient as soon as we can, a GP practice is not an emergency service and appointments remain in very high demand.

With this mind, all patients that are requesting on the day care are triaged and assessed by a GP to determine the urgency of their request.

If you require us to look into this matter further for you, we would ask that you submit a formal complaint to the practice via our secure online form so that we can investigate and respond to your concerns directly.
