I left a referral form for a remedial exercise class to help with recovery to be signed by the doctor after hip surgery. I was not told this was a private form and only after 3 separate conversations was I told it had been in the doctors tray for 10 days and could take 6 to 8 weeks to be signed. Both the practice manager and supervisor just quoted the company line with no attempt to actually resolve the situation.
Obviously waiting 6 to 8 weeks to sign a form to help with recovery is defeating the objective.
A very disappointing experience at Saltdean surgery.
