About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Audiology Services

(as a service user),

I have made two phone calls to Audiology in Craigavon Area Hospital in recent months.

Both times I spoke with Rory. He was so patient, informative and pleasant to communicate with. Nothing was too much trouble. A real asset to his department.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience when you contacted Audiology on more than one occasion. It is very encouraging to know that you felt the staff, in this case Rory, was very informative and helpful. It makes all the difference when you are dealing with someone who is pleasant and takes the time to listen and help.
