"The care I received was excellent in every possible way"

I had my operation at Forth Valley Hospital and just wanted to express my complete admiration for every single member of staff I encountered during my stay, every single one of them - from nurses to physios to porters to consultants - made what could have been a very negative experience into a very positive one.

The care I received was excellent in every possible way and it really was a privilege to be able to experience from every one of them a standard of care that could not have been bettered and left me in absolute awe of how these wonderful people were able to give that considering the difficulties they face every day.

I really just wanted to let you all know how much your efforts are appreciated, though no doubt you don’t always feel that they are but please be assured it is appreciated. Also how much your efforts make a difference to people like me going through a difficult time and how much help you are by doing what you seem to do with such ease but which no doubt is anything but easy to achieve.

Thank You to each and every one of you and I have no fears now about getting my other hip done as I now know I am in such Safe and Caring hands.
