"The best care we could wish for"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Neonatal Unit

(as a parent/guardian),

Our second little girl was delivered at 36 weeks with antibody E complications. The care that she received over her 10 days in CAH NICU was second to none!

We visited 5 times daily in order to establish breast feeding interacting with many different staff members during both day and night shift. Every member of the team was encouraging and provided the best care we could wish for towards our little girl.

We would love to commend Elaine and Donal who in particular went over and beyond our expectations and deserve special recognition.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this lovely feedback about our neonatal unit in Craigavon, We know that it can be very stressful when parents have a baby admitted to the neonatal unit and I am very pleased to hear that your daughter got such good care.

I wish you and your family all the best, David

Good morning From Autumn to River

Firstly, I hope everything is going well at home for you and your family

Thank you for taking the time to post your thoughts on the care you received when your little girl was in Neonatal. Having open access no doubt made establishment of breast feeding easier to manage and it is good to read positive feedback on the experience of care from all the staff you encountered.

I will make sure our team receive your kind review

Regards

Una
