"I felt well looked after"

About: Ninewells Hospital / Vascular Conditions Trauma & Orthopaedics / Trauma Admissions Unit (Ward 18)

(as a service user),

I was transferred to ward 18 from ward 12 after i had my foot amputated. The staff and doctors on the ward treated me as one of their patients.

I felt well look after and all staff ensured if I needed help they would be there.

The charge nurse Carole was very helpful when i had problem with a banking staff nurse. Carole came on shift and informed me she would be back as she had a staff meeting. Carole came back and listened then asked me my opinions then forward to the right place.
