"Phone call never happened"

About: Victoria Hospital / Ear, Nose & Throat

(as a service user),

I saw ENT and was told I was needing a bigger silicone button in my nose and it would either be Thursday or Friday. But it did not happen.

I phoned 2 weeks later to find out what was happening regarding this and was told I would receive a phone call on the Tuesday. This phone call yet again never happened so I phoned again on the Thursday to be told it was missed due to them moving back down to the ward and that I would receive a call later on on the Thursday. But yet again this still has not happened.

I find it absolutely disrespectful that NHS Fife find this acceptable to repeatedly say that I will get calls back when it doesn't happen. I think they should be paying for peoples' phone bills. I am beyond furious now and there is no point in saying sorry cause that means absolutely nothing. But I feel someone is needing  to take responsibility for this continually happening.
