"Nottinghamshire healthcare trust crisis line"

About: Adult Mental Health Crisis Services / Crisis Team Mid Notts & Bassetlaw

(as a service user),

I feel completely let down and dismissed through use of this line. On triaging, I was encouraged to phone the Samaritans. I explained why I wanted the particular service line I asked for. I was then signposted to the crisis sanctuaries which was not appropriate. I am left on my own dealing with the trauma of my past and the recent events that have affected my thoughts and feelings. Only ways to cope are unhealthy. I just wanted to talk to someone.
