"Disappointed"

I went for a dermatology appointment due to my severe skin condition which effects my quality of life, I attended the appointment and upon being called into the room I was greeted by a doctor who then introduced the other doctor who would be sitting in. The doctor was on their phone and quickly scurried it away when I greeted the doctor.

I felt a lack of care and compassion and felt the appointment was rushed. I was sent to book in my own blood tests before starting medication. Lack of efficiency, could this not of been done prior to my appointment? I now have to wait a week for my blood test and then most likely 2-3 weeks before my results and then I can start my medication; which takes 1-3 months to work.

Overall a disappointing experience and now I have to wait ages with pain and suffering. Thanks
